We are having some issues on windowsnethosting server and trying to resolve it.
Server has been rebooted. However had failed to come back online. We are investigating the issue at this time and will update you shortly.
Server will not boot from the hard drive at this time. It is recognized by the BIOS, however it brings up a blank and screen afterwards. We are currently running a quick diagnostic on the server to determine if there are any hardware issues, has we do not see any errors at this time. We will update you again here shortly.
Fortunately at this time, there is no indication of hardware failure. Diagnostics have not found any errors. We have also attempted to boot into the last know good configuration and safe mode and this has not worked as well.We going to go ahead and replace the RAM to rule that out as an issue. I will update you again here shortly.
Ok, we can pretty much eliminate and hardware issues at this time. There are S.M.A.R.T errors and diagnostics did not find any errors with the hard drives. The RAM has been replaced and diagnostics did not find any errors there. CMOS has been reset and this has not resolved the issue either. We have also tried as I mentioned earlier booting into last know good config and safe mode however came up with nothing. At this time, we are currently running the recovery console at this time on the machine and will update you again shortly.
It seems the machine won't start. We are getting new Hard disk installed and also the OS.
All the data is safe on D drive.
The server is currently performing Windows Updates right now.
I will update you when this is completed.

Message sent to Data center:
There are two HDD which were there and Unplugged before the installation. They have to be restored untouched after this. We have our data there on that Disks.
Estimated time when server will be up: 4-5 hours.
