My father and I are in the middle of working on a project (version 2 of our software) and we've hired an Indian based company to do the work for us. Not only are they cheap (compared to freelancers here in Australia), they're an incredibly talented bunch. I've just been blown away by their great service and always-on-time approach they've taken towards our deadlines.

Has anyone else worked with Indian based developers?
