Cpanel Error on Linux11 server

It has been reported that the users to our Linux11 server while logging in the cpanel are getting this message:

"filesystem mounted at / on this server is running out of disk space. cPanel operations have been temporarily suspended"

It is unclear at the moment if the space is really running out or being allocated for something else.

All hosting servers have more than adequate space and should not be running out of any space. Until we know it further please be patient.

Server admins have been contacted as of this post.

RE: Cpanel Error on Linux11 server

All the sites are running fine. This issue is affecting incoming mails only.
I will have an update soon.

RE: Cpanel Error on Linux11 server

UPDATE

Due to a Memorial Day Holiday and time difference between India and The US, the server admin will not get the support message until later tonight (around 7 pm IST)

We hope to resolve it ASAP.

Thank you for your patience.

RE: Cpanel Error on Linux11 server

It seems the server backup somehow didn't got deleted after morning backup. We have removed the extra files and rebooting the server. It should all be back to normal in next few minutes.

Thank you for your patience.
